Wow, I think I may have finally created my own blog - thanks to my son Shawn! Due to a recent lay off, from an industry that I worked in for almost 30 years, I have been able to do some real soul searching.
I have also, over the years, been working with the gang over at Intuitive Development - check out their website at http://www.intuitivedevelopment.org/ - and learning to embrace my truth.
During this soul searching I came across journals from several, several years ago and in them I talked about wanting to do art and wanting to make dolls. One of the things that Lynn (Intuitive Development), does is to guide us to think about what we loved to do when we were kids. This is where you can discover your bliss! Well, I loved dolls, making dolls, making clothes for dolls, you get the picture - so it all just seemed to click!
I am working through the fear of trying something new, but I am even more excited! Stay tuned.

- Well, I got laid off in early 2009 - along with most of the nation; and I decided to make a huge change in my life. I have discovered - accepted might be a better word - that my truth is that I am an artist and I love making dolls. So, this blog will allow me to document my thoughts, share pictures of my dolls and see where this adventure takes me. At this time of my life it's a very big leap of faith!
